Saizen Reit: A turn around takeover (RTO) bargain between Saizen Real Estate Investment Trust (Reit) and Sime Darby Property Singapore that has been blending since August has made progress. Sime Darby Property, part of the Malaysian Sime Darby aggregate, will have its Australian property resources infused into Saizen Reit in the RTO bargain, Saizen Reit said on Monday.
Sim Lian: The stock will be suspended from the begin of exchanging on Tuesday, after the rate of its shares held in broad daylight hands dropped beneath 10 for every penny taking after the end of a general offer by the gathering's controlling Kuik family, it said in a Singapore Exchange recording on Tuesday morning.
Singapore Post: The gathering has selected three new non-official free chiefs to its board in accordance with a late corporate administration audit, it said on Monday. The three executives are previous Ernst and Young administrator Fang Ai Lian; chief of law office Morgan Lewis Stamford, Elizabeth Kong; and director of Ascott Residence Trust Management, Bob Tan.
