SINGAPORE - GIC, Singapore's sovereign riches subsidize, has purchased a 95 for every penny stake in 60 Wall Street, a 47-story tower in New York City's monetary region of lower Manhattan that fills in as the US central command of Deutsche Bank.
The arrangement values the 1.6 million-square-foot (148,600-square-meter) high rise at US$1.04 billion (S$1.48 billion), or about US$640 a square foot, GIC and dealer Paramount Group said in a joint proclamation on Wednesday (Jan 25).
Fundamental, a New York-based land speculation trust, will hold a 5 for each penny stake and keep on managing the property. Regarding the arrangement, the joint wander finished a US$575 million financing of the tower.
